DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or link on Homestorie.com.
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Processing of Notices

• We will promptly review the notice and remove or disable access to the material if the claim is valid.
• We will notify the designer whose content was removed.
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury. If no lawsuit is filed by the complainant within 14 business days, we may restore the material.

Liability

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages and attorney's fees.
