Yes. You retain full copyright. We receive a non-exclusive license to print and sell on the products you select. You can remove a design with notice; full terms are in the Designer Agreement.
PNG or TIFF preferred, high resolution (300 DPI at print size), sRGB, with transparency where the product needs it. Product templates with safe zones are available in the dashboard after approval.
Absolutely. The agreement is non-exclusive. Sell on your own site or other marketplaces — just keep listings accurate and original.
We do. Shipping questions, returns, and refunds go through our support team so you are not answering “where is my order?” emails.
